Kenneth J. Donnelly is the Massachusetts state senator for the Fourth Middlesex district, which includes his hometown of Arlington and several other cities. He is a Democrat who has served since 2009. Donnelly graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BA in Labor Studies. He is a retired lieutenant with the Lexington Fire Department in Lexington, Massachusetts.
BOSTON - Senator Ken Donnelly and Elizabeth Warren at the Commonwealth Seminar hosted by SEIU Local 615. This seminar provides training and networking opportunities for community leaders from different racial and ethnic backgrounds, teaching them how to navigate the legislative and state budget process in order to increase their effectiveness in serving their communities. Ken was invited to the graduation of these diverse leaders because of his strong support for working people and his commmittment to opening up the political process to all the residents of the Commonwealth.
